"I felt sluggish with low energy, and I was just uncomfortable in my own body."

I would get extremely frustrated because I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. It just felt like I was spiraling out of control. My mindset wasn’t right. I would get frustrated because I wasn’t seeing results, so I would give up and eat junk food. But then I’d get depressed because I ate the bad food. I’d try to work out to make myself feel better, but when that didn’t help, the cycle would start all over again. It was a vicious cycle of disappointment and frustration.

"Since training, I feel so much better and healthier."

Now, I work out at least four days a week, and I actually look forward to my workouts! When I don’t work out for a couple of days, my body starts to crave it. I have tons more energy, and I can literally feel myself getting stronger, healthier, and just better overall. I’m not depressed or sad anymore because I am seeing results, even if they are slow to show. But I’ve learned to enjoy the process and embrace the journey.

"For 6 months, I was jogging and cycling, but it was frustrating."

I barely lost any weight, only suffering from exhaustion and sprained joints. I didn’t eat as healthy as I should have because I believed that starving myself would help me lose weight. When I did lose a pound or two, I’d gain it all back and more once I started eating normally again. It was disheartening because I was working so hard, but in the wrong way, burning out my energy with nothing to show for it.

The first weeks were painful and hard, but the rush of energy I felt after every workout kept me going. Xavier would tell me that things would get better, that we needed to build muscle and strengthen my core, and then the weight would start falling off. And that’s exactly what happened. Training with Xavier is challenging but rewarding. He motivates me to push my limits every session, and when I think I’ve mastered a routine, he switches it up. Now, I’m losing weight, building muscle, and feeling more energetic throughout the day.
