Growing up in the sunny landscapes of Southern California, I found myself drawn to the world of fitness from a young age.
There was something about it that just clicked with me—the way it can completely transform someone’s life. I’ve always been fascinated by the journey from where you start to where you can go, powered by sheer determination, hard work, and a whole lot of sweat.
After more than a decade in the fitness industry and over 20,000 hours of personal training experience, I feel incredibly lucky to help people on their own wellness journeys.
My goal is simple: to give you the knowledge and tools you need to live a happier, more confident life. Together, we’ll push your limits, unlock your potential, and help you become the healthiest, most vibrant version of yourself.
Education has played a huge role in shaping my approach.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, which gave me a solid foundation to build on. I’ve also earned certifications from the American Aerobic Association International and the International Sport Medicine Association. These aren’t just credentials—they’re proof of my commitment to offering you the best possible training and guidance.
But there’s more to me than just fitness.
I’m a person with a range of interests. When I’m not helping clients reach their goals, you might find me getting lost in a video game, diving into a good book, or spending time with my dog. Sports and anything that stirs up my competitive spirit have always been close to my heart.
