5 easy weight loss tips you can start today

4. Cut back on added sugar and refined carbs

Eating added sugars and refined carbs make it hard to burn calories especially when you are in a caloric surplus.

5. Walk for 30 mins a day

Just 30 minutes every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance.
