Refund & Cancellation policy
At Reviax Training, we deliver elite-level coaching and fitness solutions designed to create real, lasting change. To protect the integrity of our services and ensure fairness to all clients, the following policies apply.
1. Refund Policy
30-Day Results-Back Guarantee (First-Time Clients Only)
We stand behind our programs. If you're a first-time client and fully commit to your training for 30 days but don’t see results, we’ll refund your investment. To qualify:
- You must follow the program as assigned (workouts, check-ins, and nutrition).
- You must submit proof of completion (e.g., app screenshots, progress photos, logs).
- Your request must be made within 30 days of your program start date.

No Refunds Outside Guarantee
Unless eligible for the 30-day guarantee or exceptions listed below, all purchases are final and non-refundable:
- Online coaching programs
- In-person and virtual personal training sessions
- Digital products (ebooks, guides, meal plans)
- Subscription memberships
Be sure to review all program details before purchasing.
Limited Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- A duplicate charge due to billing error (reported within 7 days)
- A documented medical condition preventing participation (must be approved)
2. Cancellation Policy
One-on-One & Semi-Private Training
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
- Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
Monthly Coaching Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
- Past payments are non-refundable.
- Returning clients will be charged at the current rate.
Corporate & Group Training
- Cancellations require at least 7 days’ notice.
- Unused sessions are non-refundable once the program begins.
Cancellation Form Requirement
To process cancellations, all clients must complete the official Cancellation Form below:

3. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first voids all service agreements. We reserve the right to dispute any claims and immediately terminate all active services. Let’s resolve issues directly—reach out first.
4. Requesting a Refund or Cancellation
All requests must be submitted in writing to fitness.legend.the@gmail.com and include:
- Your full name
- Program or service purchased
- Reason for the request
- Relevant documentation (if applicable)
We aim to respond within 3 business days.
