Your Fitness Goals VS Your Excuses… Who Wins in a Fight?

How did you do in your first week? 


I am guessing that you had a few slip-ups, and that is OK! We don’t have to be perfect. Remember we live by the 90/10 rule at Reviax Training. Chalk up any mistakes or slip-ups to that 10% that you are allowed and get right back on track. 


It isn’t about how hard or far we fall; it is about how we bounce back that really matters for our success. 


I’m not sure where I heard that quote, but it holds very true when it comes to fitness and nutrition. 


Consistency is key when it comes to reaching your goals. Keep moving forward, make one positive change each week, and you will quickly realize that you are making incredible changes over time. 


Let your coach know what positive change you plan to make this week so that they can help you succeed. We are here for your help and to support you in your journey. Don’t ever be afraid to ask for help!
