It doesn’t matter if it is in business or fitness: Having a support system is critical to your success. There are going to be times when you aren’t motivated or when you just need a little pick me up.
Who do you have in your support system?
Well, for starters you have the entire Reviax Training Team! We are all here rooting for you and are willing to lend a helping hand so that you can achieve your goals.
Our team includes the other clients and Reviax Training family members. Getting to know the other people in your sessions and having that social atmosphere is important to your success. That is why we have developed our programs around having several people in the gym at the same time.
Well, now we want you to find your biggest supporters and biggest fans. Think of the people that want you to succeed just as much, if not more, than you do.
We want you to invite them to come in and join you for your workouts. Think about how powerful your support system will be if they are experiencing some of the same things that you are in the gym and with their nutrition. Inspire them to get better as well.
Go find your 2–3 biggest supporters and ask them to be there for you. Open up and tell them why you need their help and how they can support you.
That might be encouraging you when you are down, motivating you when you lack the drive, or just being there to listen when you need to vent.
Everyone is a bit different, but ask these people to be your biggest fans and honor them with the chance to be your support system.
