3. Beef Brisket, Eggs, and White Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 lb beef brisket, cooked and sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Cook white rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook eggs to your liking.
